UFC strawweight Felice Herrig has revealed she was assaulted over the weekend by a random woman in Las Vegas.
Herrig (14-8-0), who was in Vegas for the ‘UFC 246: McGregor vs. Cowboy’ event, reveals on her social media pages that the altercation started over a traffic dispute.
“Vegas sucks. Some chick got mad at me for giving her sh*t over stopping traffic over a penny. She then proceeded to punch me in the face. I punched her back but didn’t want to be too violent because I was protecting my knee and hair. She ran off like a little b*tch. THE END. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.” Herrig wrote.
Along with her comments, Herrig included a picture of the damage.
Also known as ‘The Lil Bulldog’, Herrig is a veteran of the UFC who has been fighting for the organization since 2014. She owns notable wins over the likes of Alexa Grasso, Cortney Casey, Justine Kish and Kailin Curran. The 35-year-old hasn’t fought since a October 2018 loss to Michelle Waterson.
