UFC Vegas 64 fighters stuck in Brazil due to political events, promotion hoping to fly them out by tonight

This Saturday’s UFC Vegas 64 event is in major jeopardy after several of the fighters have been unable to leave Brazil.

As reported by MMA DIRT and The MMA Media, UFC Vegas 64 headliner Amanda Lemos has been unable to leave Brazil due to political events. Preliminary card fighters Polyana Viana and Tamires Vidal are also in the same boat.

Amanda Lemos is scheduled to fight Marina Rodriguez in the main event of UFC Vegas 64. Polyana Viana battles Jinh Yu Frey on the prelims, whilst Tamires Vidal takes on Ramona Pascual.

UFC Vegas 64 is scheduled to take place this Saturday from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States.
