UFC star Holly Holm reflects on turning 41-years-old, declares “I still want all the gold”

One of the UFC’s most beloved stars of all time, Holly Holm celebrated her 41st birthday this past Monday.

Holly Holm defeated Ronda Rousey to capture the UFC bantamweight championship back in 2015.

Former UFC bantamweight champion Holly Holm was met with thousands of well wishes from fans on Monday as she celebrated her 41st birthday.

Also known as ‘The Preacher’s Daughter’, Holm took to her Instagram pages to issue a thank you message to the fans, as well as teasing that she still has championship aspirations.

Entering my 41st year of this blessed life and still dreaming big!!! Looking forward to my path ahead. I still want all the gold!!!!! Thank you everyone for the love today and everyday. Big love for you all!!!! ❤️❤️❤️.” Holm wrote.

Holm is coming off a split decision loss to Ketlen Vieira at the UFC Fight Night event this past May. The result was a controversial one with many believing Holm should have been declared the victor. Before the defeat, Holm was coming off back-to-back decision victories against Irene Aldana and Raquel Pennington.

Earlier this year, Holm was inducted into the Boxing Hall of Fame. Joining the likes of Muhammad Ali, Mike Tyson, and Floyd Mayweather in having received the prestigious honor.
