UFC bantamweight Mayra Bueno Silva and former UFC strawweight Gloria de Paula tie the knot
Congratulations are in order for Mayra Bueno Silva and Gloria de Paula who officially got married this past weekend.

Bueno Silva (9-2-1) took to her Instagram story on Sunday night to reveal that she and her longtime girlfriend Gloria de Paula have tied the knot. She would then make an Instagram post to reflect on how her new wife has changed her life.
“It’s been so many years hiding from myself, so many years running away from my own happiness. Afraid I’m making a very serious mistake until you arrived and little by little change my thoughts. You made me see the world differently, a better world full of love , companionship and peace. This is exactly the word that describes me because after a whirlwind of thoughts and being surrounded by prejudices by many around me, this is what I feel PEACE in saying YES to you today and forever.” Bueno Silva said.
The news caps off what has already been an incredible year for Bueno Silva. The Brazilian moved up to the 135-pound bantamweight division this year and has gone 2-0. With victories over Yanan Wu and Stephanie Egger, Bueno Silva is currently ranked number-fourteen in the UFC’s bantamweight contender rankings.
Her wife, Gloria de Paula, made her Invicta FC debut earlier this month following a run with the UFC in which she competed as a 115-pound strawweight division.
WMMA Rankings would like to once again express their congratulations to Mayra Bueno Silva and her new wife, Gloria de Paula.
