Tatiana Suarez has announced that her long-awaited UFC comeback is going to take place this February.

Suarez teases February return to the UFC cage.

Suarez has been teasing her UFC return for the last month, after over three years away from the cage.

On Tuesday, Suarez revealed to fans on Instagram that she’ll be fighting very soon, teasing a February return in the 125-pound flyweight division.

Suarez (8-0-0) was one of the most highly-touted strawweight contenders in the UFC during her prime and was hailed by many as the ‘female Khabib’. Following her last bout in 2019, Suarez has been out of action after a series of injuries which required surgeries.

The 31-year-old first came on to the scene as a cast member of The Ultimate Fighter 23 back in 2016. Suarez ran through the competition en route to earning a UFC contract in July 2016. Once in the promotion she was just as dominant, taking out the likes of Carla Esparza, Alexa Grasso, and Nina Nunes, to keep her undefeated record intact at 8 wins and 0 defeats.
