Megan Anderson set to take on undefeated Norma Dumont at UFC Fight Night in Norfolk on February 29

A women’s featherweight fight between Megan Anderson and Norma Dumont has been set for the UFC on ESPN+ 27 event in Norfolk, Virginia, on February 29.

Anderson (9-4-0) has won two of her last three fights, which includes first-round stoppage wins over Cat Zingano and Zarah Fairn Dos Santos. The 29-year-old is a former Invicta FC featherweight champion who owns victories over the likes of Charmaine Tweet, Amanda Bell and Amber Leibrock.

Dumont (4-0-0) makes her promotional debut after an impressive run on the Brazilian regional scene, which includes first-round submission wins over Tainara Lisbia and Erica Lediane. In her most recent showing, the 29-year-old picked up the decision win over a much more experienced veteran in Mariana Morais.

UFC on ESPN+ 27 takes place on Saturday February 29, 2020, from the Chartway Arena in  Norfolk, Virginia, United States.

    1. ha ha ha ! except this clone is a submission specialist, so not really a clone lol. So this should be interesting to see who can get the fight where they want it !

  1. if it’s a sub specialist, megan is doomed. she is a big huge slow target, those long legs (once beautiful, now ruined with ghastly tattoos) are targets for her opponent to lock onto. i’ll see her live in norfolk VA and watch her lose! often, the most talkative female mma fighters are the ones who lose a lot. its the quieter ones who win because their inner thoughts are simpler, not as jumbled up with media requirements, upcoming interviews, sponsor problems, self doubts and anxiety from exposing themselves to online trolls and in person stalkers, etc.
