Lina Lansberg vs. Mayra Bueno Silva set for UFC Fight Night event on February 18

A bantamweight fight between Lina Lansberg and Mayra Bueno Silva has been added to the UFC Fight Night event on February 18, per AG Fight.

Lansberg (10-7-0) will be looking to rebound from a three-fight losing skid after dropping decisions to Karol Rosa, Pannie Kianzad, and Sara McMann. The 40-year-old is currently ranked at number-twelve in the UFC’s bantamweight contender rankings and owns notable victories over Macy Chiasson, Lucie Pudilova, Tonya Evinger and Gina Mazany.

Bueno Silva (9-2-1) is currently ranked at number-fourteen in the UFC’s 135-pound rankings and riding high on a two-fight win streak with wins over Stephanie Egger and Yanan Wu. The 31-year-old believes she is amongst the best bantamweight fighters in the world and is keen to prove it by taking out Lansberg and making her way up the rankings.

The UFC Fight Night event on February 18, 2023. The event takes place from a location still to be officially announced.
