WATCH: Paige VanZant does the viral Koala Challenge, challenges former UFC champ to do it next

UFC star Paige VanZant recently took part in the viral ‘Koala Challenge’ in a bid to raise money for those affected by the Australian Bush Fires.

Following the Ice-Bucket Challenge and the Mannequin Challenge, the Koala Challenge is the latest viral craze and for good reason.

FITAID has challenged people to participate in the Koala Challenge to help raise money for the people affected by the wildfires in Australia. For every video that is posted on social media of someone doing the challenge, the company will donate five dollars.

In the Challenge, you must start by lying flat on your on top of a work out bench then shift your entire body to the underside of the bench without ever touching the floor.

“12 Gauge” Paige VanZant has attempted the challenge and nominated former UFC strawweight champ, Joanna Jedrzejczyk, to take part in it next.

Challenge accepted! Let’s raise some awareness and money for the Australian Bush fires. I challenge Joanna Jedrzejczyk, Jay Glazer and Damian Lillard to try the Koala Bear challenge and donate to one of many Australian Bush fire fundraisers like I have.” VanZant wrote on her Instagram page.

Take a look at VanZant’s attempt at the challenge in the video below:

VanZant (8-4-0) returns to the cage at the UFC on ESPN+ 28 event in March when she takes on rising star, Amanda Ribas.

UFC on ESPN+ 28 takes place on March 14, 2020, from the Ginasio Nilson Nelson in Brasilia, Federal District, Brazil.
