This Wednesday’s edition of ‘The Ultimate Fighter: Heavy Hitters’ (TUF 28) features the fourth quarter final bout in the women’s featherweight division when Larissa Pacheco takes on Macy Chiasson.
In the first quarter-final match-up, Pannie Kianzad earned the unanimous decision win over Katharina Lehner. Whilst in the second, Julija Stoliorenko submitted Marciea Allen in the first. In the third quarter-final bout, Leah Letson picked up the dominant unanimous decision win over Bea Malecki. Kianzad, Stoliorenko and Letson have have cemented their place in the semi-finals of a tournament to determine the UFC’s next top contender at 145-pounds.
Chiasson (2-0) is a 27-year-old who has got fans talking after an impressive Invicta FC debut this past in May, picking up the unanimous decision win over Allison Schmidt. Prior to turning professional, she enjoyed a successful amateur career which included five finishes and four first-round knockouts.
