Former UFC strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk was recently given the honor of carrying the Olympic torch.
The 30-year-old carried the torch this past weekend ahead of the 2018 Winter Olympics, which take place February 9-25 in Pyeongchang County, South Korea.
Jedrzejczyk (14-1) is coming off a brutal knockout loss to Rose Namajunas at last November’s UFC 217 event. The defeat marked the first of her professional MMA career. The former champ vows to become champion again this year.
