Valerie Letourneau’s (8-6) opponent for her Bellator flyweight debut on December 15 has officially been declared. Kate Jackosn (9-2-1) will make her sophomore Bellator appearance as she attempts to spoil the former UFC strawweight title challenger’s long-awaited promotional debut.
Valerie Letourneau was scheduled to make her Bellator debut at Bellator 181 against Emily Ducote. Just four days before the bout, an injury forced the Canadian out of the fight. Letourneau last fought in December of 2016 at UFC 206. She will look to snap a three-fight skid.
Kate Jackson (pictured left) was a semifinalist on season 23 of The Ultimate Fighter. She topped Ashley Yoder before eventually falling to season winner, Tatiana Suarez. Jackson currently rides a six-fight win streak.
The joint BAMMA/Bellator MMA show takes place on December 15 at Metro Radio Arena in Newcastle, England.
