Undefeated knockout artist Bobbi-Jo Dalziel in talks with DEEP JEWELS for March 10 lightweight fight against King Reina

Undefeated lightweight contender Bobbi-Jo Dalziel is in talks with DEEP JEWELS for the March 10 lightweight fight against King Reina, WMMA Rankings can confirm.

Bobbi-Jo Dalziel is one of the women being considered by DEEP JEWELS for the March 10 fight against King Reina.

Earlier this month, King Reina confirmed she would compete at the upcoming DEEP JEWELS 19 event in Japan, however her opponent has not yet been selected. Canada’s Dalziel is one of the women who the organization is interested in, Dalziel’s representative, Alessandro Gelke, confirmed earlier today.

Despite only being three fights into her professional career, Dalziel (3-0) is already the number-three ranked lightweight fighter in the world. To date she is the only woman to have ever beaten number-four ranked Jozette “The #1 Headbusta” Cotton, as well as other notable wins over top-ten ranked contenders, Andria Wawro and Tamikka Brents. The 6-foot Canadian has ended two of her three victories by way of brutal knockouts, one via head kick, and the other being knees from the clinch. Dalziel believes she is the best in the world and is keen to prove it this year, whilst adding more highlight reel performances for MMA fans to enjoy.

Bobbi-Jo Dalziel owns several brutal knockout victories to her record.

A fight between Dalziel and Reina would certainly be an important one for the division, between two top-three fighters. For Dalziel, it will give her the opportunity to show fans why she is undefeated by taking out a top-ranked star and potentially making a claim for the number-one spot. Meanwhile, for Reina it would cement her position as the number-two 155-pound fighter in the world, with the possibility of a future rematch against number-one ranked Cindy Dandois, who she lost to via split decision at the recent RIZIN event

  1. Well, that is surprising and it good news. Hopefully, this gets done and the pay is adequate and no one pulls out because of this or that type of thing.
