Undefeated Bellator featherweight ‘Big Bad’ Olga Rubin teases imminent fight announcement

It looks as though undefeated Bellator featherweight Olga Rubin has a fight announcement coming in the very near future if her social media pages are anything to go by.

Rubin plans to announce her next fight in the very near future.

Rubin (4-0) has fought two of her four professional fights for the Bellator organization, picking up impressive ground-and-pound stoppage wins over Laurita Likker-Cibirite and Joana Filipa. The 28-year-old appears to be more hungry than ever to make her mark in the women’s 145-pound division and has been posting several training videos to her Instagram page as of late, as well as a fight announcement teaser.

All this waiting is driving me crazy! Dropping the F bomb soon… (fight news dah)” Rubin recently wrote, along with the hashtags “#mma #fight #fightnews #bellatorfeatherweightfighter #savage #bigbadolgarubin #bigbad2.0“.

The “Big Bad” one was born in Moscow, Russia but now resides in Tell Aviv, Israel. She currently trains at the Pariante Academy along with Bellator MMA competitor, Matan Levi, and Fight Nights Global’s Jackie Gosh.

  1. Given that Julia and Talita just fought last month, I would think that it would be either Sinead or Arlene since both have yet to fight this year and are still near the top of the food chain there.

Arlene really should be fighting at 135, though. Given the judging she received in her last two fights with Julia, maybe the UFC can entice her over.

  2. JR Yuen, it looks like Bellator is trying to keep fresh sets of fighters coming…which is good to see happening. Olga Rubin vs Cindy Dandois is a very interesting fight with Rubin undefeated (a bit of a striker ) vs Dandois coming off great wins in Japan (specially against Reina Miura. It should be a decent fight but Dandois should have the advantage.
I hope Bellator keeps after collecting the best featherweights and that next one should be Felicia Spencer. They can’t let the UFC get her, it would be foolish! Spencer is an absolutely threat to Julia Budd championship crown. Spencer has a black belt bjj and black belt Taekwondo. She is good everywhere and would be Budd biggest test in Bellator.
