UFC 248 medical suspensions: No serious injuries for Zhang Weili, Joanna Jedrzejczyk

At UFC 248 on Saturday, fight fans witnessed one of the greatest title fights in UFC history– regardless of gender.

In the night’s co-main event, strawweight champion Zhang Weili defeated former champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk by split-decision to successfully retain the 115-pound belt.

Despite 25 minutes of war, both fighters luckily left the cage with no serious injuries.

  1. now that UFC’s reach is all over the world now and even China, the best are truly fighting the best. that’s why Joanna hammered into the ground all the 2010 era UFC girls and PWNED the division. but then Rose took her soul, and she ain’t been right since!
