UFC 219 headlined by Cyborg vs. Holm was the third biggest UFC PPV of 2017

UFC 219 which was headlined by a women’s featherweight title fight between Cris Cyborg and Holly Holm is estimated at doing 340,000 to 380,000 buys based on preliminary numbers.

The number means UFC 219 is the third-biggest of 2017, behind UFC 214 headlined by Daniel Cormier vs. Jon Jones and UFC 217: Michael Bisping vs. Georges St-Pierre.

Cyborg (19-1-0) is arguably the most feared and dominant female fighter of all time, having not lost since her professional debut back in 2005. Holm (11-4-0) is one of the most popular fighters on the roster, in 2015 she shocked the world by knocking out Ronda Rousey in the second-round via a stunning head kick.
