Sarah Patterson: Bobbi-Jo Dalziel is “the best” possible challenger for Cindy Dandois at 155

Top-ten lightweight contender Sarah Patterson believes undefeated Bobbi-Jo Dalziel is most deserving of a shot against newly crowned lightweight queen, Cindy Dandois.

WMMA Rankings recently ran a poll on Twitter, asking fans who they would like to see fight Dandois next. Patterson isn’t happy with the results and believes Dalziel is “the best fighter” on the list.

Undefeated Bobbi-Jo Dalziel is the only woman to have beaten Jozette Cotton.

Despite only being three fights into her professional career, Dalziel (3-0) is already the number-three ranked lightweight fighter in the world thanks to notable wins over top-ten ranked contenders, Jozette CottonAndria Wawro and Tamikka Brents. The 6 foot Canadian has ended two of her three victories by way of brutal knockouts, one via head kick, and the other being knees from the clinch. Dalziel believes she is the best in the world and is keen to prove it this year, whilst adding more highlight reel performances for MMA fans to enjoy.
