Rose Namajunas not interested in Joanna Jedrzejczyk trilogy fight, says she would only consider it under one condition

Rose Namajunas has revealed she isn’t really interested in a trilogy fight against Joanna Jedrzejczyk and would only consider it under one condition.

Namajunas would only accept trilogy fight against Joanna under one condition.

Namajunas (8-3) won the strawweight title last November, knocking out Jedrzejczyk in the very first-round of their UFC 217 encounter. In the rematch at UFC 223 this past April, Namajunas was again victorious, this time by unanimous decision.

Jedrzejczyk is keen for a trilogy fight. She claims the first knockout loss was a “fluke” and believes she was the true victor of the second encounter, blaming the NYC judges for incompetent scoring. “Thug” Namajunas says she isn’t interested in a third fight, but would consider it if her rival admits who the better fight has been.

Right now, that fight doesn’t really interest me at the moment,” Namajunas recently told TMZ Sports. “I think I’d be interested to see how she does with somebody else before even entertaining that possibility. At the moment, there’s not much to gain from running that back again.”

Unless she’s says I’m the best — publicly” said Namajunas. “Publicly because I already know she knows. Just say it, to everybody. She knows I’m the best but she won’t admit it to everybody.”

  1. Fuck that Bitch, Joanna Jedrzejcunt! She got her ass handed to on the first fight and outmatched in a decision-loss in the 2nd. Just couldn’t accept the fact that she’s met her match in Rose.

  2. Not interested in a 3rd fight. We all know that Rose is the best fighter in the Strawweight Division. She has nothing to prove and fighting Joanna would be a waste of time to Rose and the fans. Rose (Champ) please make her wait a long time. We love you Rose.

  3. She has to re-establish the right to a title shot others are in line and deserve an opportunity styles makes fights and your dominance speaks for itself even if she admits your best which is unlikely.
