King Reina vs. So Young Park, lightweight bout | DEEP JEWELS 19 Co-Main Event | This Saturday at 4:30am EST

DEEP JEWELS 19 is set to be co-headlined by an exciting women’s lightweight fight this Saturday when King Reina takes on So Young Park.

Reina is the number two ranked women’s lightweight fighter in the world.

Reina (7-1-0) is the number-two ranked women’s lightweight fighter in the world. She’ll be looking to rebound from the first loss of her career, a split decision to Cindy Dandois at this past December’s RIZIN FF event. The 21-year-old owns notable stoppage victories over Young Ji Kim, Kristin Handel and Jazzy Gabert. She has also picked up dominant unanimous decision wins over Shayna Baszler, Lei’D Tapa and Crystal Stokes.

Park (0-0) will be making her professional debut, following a successful amateur fight in which she knocked out Ja Hee Kim in the second-round. She trains at the Gumi MMA gym in South Korea.

The King will be looking to pick up a dominant victory and eventually go on to rematch Dandois and take back her number-one lightweight position. Meanwhile, Park looks to make an immediate statement in her professional debut by taking out one of the division’s biggest stars of all time.
