  1. Not sure why this fight is being made between WMMA Ranking’s #2 and #10 fighters when there seems so many better options for both fighters. Katlyn would be better served by revisiting her split decision fight at 135 w/Liz, or other top contenders Nicco (if she’s still fighting) or Sarj to help establish the top contender for the JJ/Valentina fight.

On unrelated notes, after taking the TUF title, I’m surprised that Macy Chiasson is not on your new tog 10 list (I’m assuming the list was updated the first on the month as stated) and that Nicco still is, given that it has been over a year since she last fought (11/30 made a year).

On the other hand, Seo Hee Ham, who defeated your #1 AW, Jinh Yu Frey, is left on your top 10 AW list, as are her fellow Asian top ranked AW’s

Finally, given that your Welterweight+ division is 156.1lbs and over, perhaps you could expand your atomweight division to include super- atomweights, and make it 109 and lower.

  2. I meant to mention above that it would have made much more sense if Eye fought someone ranked a little ahead of her such as Lauren Murphy, Nicco Montano or Jennifer Maia, rather than someone who is generally regarded as the division’s top contender .
