It looks like UFC strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk has some good news coming in the near future.
Jedrzejczyk (14-0) recently took to her Instagram page to reveal that she has met with UFC President Dana White. However, the undefeated champion did not reveal what the meeting was about. Rather, she simply let her fans know that everyone is happy with how things went.
“Stopped by to see the man @danawhite , as you can see WE are happy. 😉 ❤️ I Love U @danawhite ❤️ 👸🏻#thestrawweightqueen #joannachampion #joannajedrzejczyk #UFC #ufcchampion #DanaWhite” she wrote on her Instagram page.
The 30-year-old was last seen in action at May’s UFC 211 pay-per-view event when she defended her belt against Jessica Andrade by way of a unanimous decision. She won the strawweight title from Carla Esparza in March 2015 and has gone on to defend the belt against the likes of Claudia Gadelha, Karolina Kowalkiewicz and Valerie Letourneau. It is rumored her next title defense will be against Rose Namajunas.
