Jinh Yu Frey on knockout loss to Seo Hee Ham: “I don’t have any excuses, Ham just had my number”

Jinh Yu Frey unsuccessfully challenged Seo Hee Ham for the atomweight world title at Saturday’s ROAD FC 45 event, losing by way of a first-round knockout.

Frey suffered a knockout loss to Seo Hee Ham at ROAD FC 45.

The 32-year-old has reflected on the devastating loss via her social media pages.

Well, with a heavy heart I’m posting to say if you weren’t already watching, I lost my second bid for a world title.
I don’t have any excuses. I had a great camp, the weight cut was fine, and I was injury free. Ham just had my number.
I lived my worst nightmare, which was getting stopped with all my friends and family watching. The worst happened, but in spite of that, life still goes on. I’m still here, healthy, and getting to spend my Christmas in Korea. Thanks for all the kind words of support, and have a Merry Christmas.” Frey wrote.

  1. I didn’t see that coming. I figured Jinh by way of KO or Seo Hee by decision. I still think Jinh is #1 contender for Invicta’s atomweight title.
