  1. Thanks for not including the results in the headliner, Nick. The title fight was so much better than their first one. This was arguably a split decision in either’s favor depending on what the judge prioritized.

For some reason Alesha reminds me of a mini-Tecia. Look forward to seeing her challenge for the title in the not too distant future.

I wonder if Jinh Yu is thinking of retiring. She almost gave me that impression in her interview w/Megan.

    1. the army vet with the knockout opened up the show, a great knockout after a 8 punch combo of head strikes. Quickest KO in invicta history, 28 seconds or something. Danielle Taylor is the one who was in the UFC but i thought was too too short to do well there, hopefully can do well in invicta. The fierce looking mexican wrestler she beat may have had some anti-cop words, because in the post fight interview Danielle said “maybe she’ll have respect now for law enforcement”.
I think Julie Kedzie needs to take a nap before the show because she makes verbal mistakes as the show goes on. She’s okay otherwise, and reacts well to TJ’s cues.

Megan Anderson did okay for the ring interviews, she was nervous at times but decent first time out. Better than Leslie Smith did that one time, but leslie didn’t have the advantage of being prepped for the role the way Megan was by her affiliation and many videos with Laura Sanko

      1. That Chantel Coates is gonna be a force to be reckoned with ! She’s got some serious KO power, even if she is going to be a good bit shorter maybe than a lot of the flyweights she’ll be facing. She’s got a boxing background, I believe. As soon as I saw that intro video of Kleinbeck jogging/prancing/shadowboxing in place like she was in a Taebo instructional or cheerleading video, I was like “Oh, man, this isn’t gonna end well”.

    2. I think that feud with Minna took a lot out of her emotionally, and she’s not super, super-young anymore and probably realizes UFC probably isn’t starting Atomweight anytime soon 🙁 It was so different seeing this other, I guess you could almost say evil side of Jinh the last few months, in her interviews, definitely not role modelish to young girls the last few months. I was shocked to see her comment the night of this card about how she wouldn’t piss on the fire if Minna was on fire ! Seems like she really couldn’t take the majority of fans and people in the sport doubting she won the first fight.

      1. I think that’s a pretty fair assessment! I think it was like she has been after this strap for so long, and she finally got there, and it was filled with doubt and question. This feud between her and Minna was personal and it was weird seeing Dark Jinh! I had to rewind when she made the comment! Lol

      1. if anything , I wonder if Jinh is glad that USADA’s only in UFC ! Maybe she’s natural, but she’s way more cut than even Tecia Torres. Those biceps on her, and the delts.
