WATCH: Boxing legend Amanda Serrano picks up her first MMA win by way of a submission at Combate 24

This past Saturday at the Combate 24 event, Amanda Serrano picked up the first win of her professional MMA career after submitting Ere Ordonez in the first-round via a standing rear-naked-choke.

Amanda Serrano is a highly accomplished competitor in the sport of professional boxing.

Serrano (1-0-1) is a multiple-time boxing world champion. The 30-year-old owns an impressive 35-1-1 record in professional boxing, including 26 knockout victories. She is considered by many to be one of the best pound-for-pound female boxers in the world. The Puerto Rican has won a number of world titles in multiple weight-classes including the WBO lightweight, featherweight, super bantamweight and bantamweight titles, as well as the WBC, IBF super featherweight belts.
