Gabi Garcia VS Oksana Gagloeva slated for RIZIN FF event on July 30

A women’s heavyweight fight between Gabi Garcia and Oksana Gagloeva is set to take place at the RIZIN Fighting Federation 6 event on July 30th.

Garcia (4-0 Pro) is currently the number one ranked heavyweight fighter in the world. She’s finished many of the divisions top contenders including Lei’D Tapa, Anna Maliukova and Destanie Yarbrough. She was a 10x BJJ World Champion prior to making the move to MMA. At 6’2 and well over 200-pounds, the 31-year-old believes she is the baddest woman on the planet.

Gagloeva (0-0 Pro) will be making her professional mixed martial arts debut at the event. The 23-year-old from Russia is a two-time Russian champion in boxing, four-time Greek champion in boxing, three-time Grappling champion and a two-time Russian champion in Armwrestling. She trains at the Gladiator Fighting Team, along with fellow heavyweight contender and former Garcia opponent, Anna Maliukova.

  1. Gabi Garcia execution of throwing a punch is atrocious. So if Oksana Gagloeva can keep the fight standing, Gabi Garcia is going to be embarrassed. Well, that is if Oksana Gagloeva can actually throw a punch properly.
