Five female fights announced for upcoming Brazilian edition of ‘Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series’

Five female fights have been announced for the upcoming 2018 edition of ‘Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series: Brazil’.

The UFC will produce the second season of Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series in 2018. However, this year the company will also promote an all-Brazilian season of the show. It’s unclear whether the fights will air live or not, but 5 female bouts have already been announced for the show.

According to MMA Fighting, the fights will be spread across multiple Contender Series cards of the all-Brazilian season in Las Vegas, Nev., in August.

Bantamweight:
Dayana Silva (7-3) vs. Gisele Moreira (7-3)
Luana Carolina Carvalho (4-1) vs. Duda Santana (3-0)
Mayana Kellem (7-0) vs. Mayra Bueno (3-0)

Flyweight:
Estefani Almeida (7-1) vs. Taila Santos (14-0)

Strawweight:
Maria Oliveira (10-3) vs. Marina Rodriguez (9-0)

*Undefeated Sarah Frota (8-0) is also expected to compete on the show, her opponent has not yet been announced.
