Dayana Silva is set to compete on an upcoming episode of “Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series: Brazil” in a bid to earn a contract with the UFC, the news was first confirmed by Nolan King of MMA Today. The exact date and opponent have not yet been announced.

Could Dayana Silva be set to earn a UFC contract?

Silva (7-3) is an exciting bantamweight prospect who fights out of the Pejor gym in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She trains with several veterans of the sport including former UFC contender William Macario. The Brazilian owns two knockout victories to her record and aside from her professional debut in 2009 has never been finished, with her losses since coming to elite talent in UFC fighters Juliana Lima and Jennifer Maia.
