Cat Zingano vs. Marion Reneau, bantamweight bout | This Saturday, UFC Fight Night 133 Main Card | 10pm ET, LIVE on FOX SPORTS 1

This Saturday’s UFC Fight Night 133 event features a hugely anticipated bantamweight contest between Cat Zingano and Marion Reneau.

Zingano looks to get back on track this Saturday.

Zingano (9-3-0) looks to rebound from a three-fight losing skid in which she dropped decisions to Julianna Pena and Ketlen Vieira, as well as a 14-second submission loss to Ronda Rousey. Despite the recent setbacks, the 36-year-old is still considered one of the best bantamweight fighters in the world and owns notable stoppage wins over the likes of Amanda Nunes, Miesha Tate and Raquel Pennington.

Reneau (9-3-1) has won three of her last four which includes stoppage wins over Milana Dudieva, Talita Bernardo and Sara McMann, as well as a controversial majority draw against Bethe Correia. The 41-year-old feels as though she is ready for a title shot and believes a dominant win over Zingano can get her there.

UFC Fight Night 133 takes place this Saturday July 14 from the CenturyLink Arena in Boise, Idaho, United States. The main card featuring Zingano vs. Reneau airs live on Fox Sports 1 from 10pm EST.

  1. After 3 straight losses, this is do or die for Cat. Amazing for someone that showed such pedigree up until her fight with Rousey. She was undefeated and had defeated the cream of the crop before facing Rousey with wins over the current champ (Nunes), a future champ (Tate) and a future #1 contender (Pennington). I think her loss to Ronda may have destroyed her mentally just as Ronda’s loss to Holly. I hope not.

  2. The headline states that Main Card will be on Fight Pass but I think that it can be seen on FS1 as is stated in the body of the article.
