Cynthia Calvillo gets little downtime, returns against Cortney Casey at UFC 233 in January

Fresh off her first-round submission win over Poliana Botelho at UFC Fight Night 140, Cynthia Calvillo will continue to make up for lost time after her recent six-month suspension for testing positive for cannabis.

Casey is coming off of a split decision win over Angela Hill at UFC Fight Night 135.

This fight is crucial for both women. Calvillo was a rising star in the division, even after her loss to former champ Carla Esparza. She will be trying to regain momentum in hopes of maintaining contender status.

On the other hand, Casey is looking to build momentum after compiling a 4-5 record in the Octagon. Wins over Cristina Stanciu, Randa Markos, Jessica Aguilar, and Hill have been mixed with losses to Joanne Calderwood, Seo Hee Ham, Claudia Gadelha, Felice Herrig, and Michelle Waterson.

Who do you think will win this fight? Calvillo or Casey?
