  1. OMG! WTH is it with these MMA gyms not teaching these boxers to offensively with their take downs and clinching and teaching them submissions instead of just teaching them take down defense? MMA coaches need to get these boxers and train them immediately how to shoot take downs right off the bat, how to do ground and pound, how to take the back and get the body lock, how to dirty fight in the clinch getting the underarms and using knee strikes to their opponents legs. Teaching boxers just to keep distance and have only take down defense is really not being all that effective. These MMA gyms have got to make it so opponents don’t even want to take these boxers to the ground because the boxers would have such a good offensive arsenal to make these MMA fighters pay for trying to shoot on them.
