An exciting women’s flyweight fight will co-headline this Saturday’s UFC Fight Night 121 main card when Bec Rawlings battles Jessica-Rose Clark.
Rawlings (7-6-0) will be making her 125-pound debut. The 28-year-old is coming off a decision loss to Tecia Torres at the UFC Fight Night 104 event in February. She owns notable UFC victories over Seo Hee Ham and Lisa Ellis, as well as being a former title challenger for premier all-female organization, Invicta FC. The Australian is a known finisher, finishing five of her seven career victories. She feels she severely depleted her body trying to make the strawweight limit, she is confident she will be able to perform at a much higher level at flyweight.
Clark (7-4-0) will be making her UFC debut, following a decision victory over Carina Damm at the Titan FC 45 event in August. The 29-year-old will be making her return to flyweight, after competing at 135-pounds for her last four fights, in which she has gone 2-2.
UFC Fight Night 121 takes place this Saturday November 18 from the Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The main card which is co-headlined by Rawlings VS Clark will air live on Fox Sports 1 from 10pm EST.
