Ashley Cummins: “Can’t wait to keep climbing the ranks in my quest to become the best atomweight in the world”

Ashley Cummins picked up an impressive victory at this past Saturday’s Invicta FC 27 event, earning the unanimous decision win over highly-touted promotional newcomer, Stephanie Alba.

Cummins is on a mission to become the best atomweight fighter on the planet.

Cummins (6-4-0) is currently the number-six ranked atomweight fighter in the world, having picked up a notable unanimous decision win over Amber Brown at last March’s Invicta FC 22 event.

“Smashley” reflected on her recent victory in a post on her social media pages. The 30-year-old is hoping to earn herself a title shot and eventually be known as the best atomweight fighter on the planet.

WINNER by unanimous decision! Thank you everyone for all the love and support, especially all my training partners and coaches that helped me prepare. Can’t wait to keep climbing the 105lb ranks in my quest to become the best atomweight in the world!” Cummins wrote.
