Andrea “KGB” Lee trains as a nomad ahead of UFC Milwaukee fight with Jessica-Rose Clark

UFC Women’s Flyweight Andrea “KGB” Lee has been quite the road warrior in preparation for her fight against Jessica Rose-Clark.

Lee (9-2), as has been documented at length, is without a permanent training camp since her husband/trainer Donny Aaron’s arrest for domestic violence against her. Since her old training habits are unavailable, she has been traveling all over to prepare for her contest against Rose-Clark (9-5-1).

The Instagram post below details her travels:

In the post, Lee references Gladiatorsla, which stands for Gladiator Academy Lafayette in Lafayette, Louisiana, and MMA Gold in Eldorado Hills, California, where UFC Bantamweights Marion Reneau and Aspen Ladd train.

Many fighters train at multiple gyms by choice, but Lee is an exception. Time will tell where she will eventually land, but here’s hoping she finds a training base very soon.

Despite a turbulent year, Lee planned to have her sophomore UFC appearance in the books by year’s end. Speaking to James Lynch of Fightful MMA, Lee said, “The plan always was to take another fight before the end of the year, having something to focus on is always better than having a…what do they say about having an idle mind is the devil’s playground? I don’t have time to think about anything else other than I need to climb (up the rankings).”
