“Alpha Female” plans to continue MMA as well as perform for the WWE, teases upcoming fight announcement

Earlier this month it was announced that RIZIN heavyweight star Jazzy Gabert would be performing for the WWE as part of the “Mae Young Classic” tournament. The winner of the whole show will receive a full-time contract with the number one pro-wrestling organization.

Jazzy Gabert will continue to compete in MMA, as well as perform for the WWE.

The announcement led many fans to wonder if Gabert (1-1 Pro) would continue competing in MMA or shift her focus solely to pro-wrestling. It now appears the 35-year-old will indeed stay in MMA, in fact she plans to make a fight announcement very soon.

Speaking on her social media pages this past week, the “Alpha Female” teased her upcoming MMA fight.

Soon my Alpha Fans i can announce my next MMA fight! Stay tuned on my social media and keep rocking the Alpha Shirts! Kill, Crush and Destroy!” she said.

Gabert is currently signed to RIZIN Fighting Federation. She is the number-two ranked heavyweight fighter in the world. She made her professional MMA debut last October, knocking out Manuela Kuhse in the second round following some heavy ground-and-pound. She returned in April, losing out by way of a second round armbar to King Reina. Nevertheless, the “Alpha Female” has yet to taste defeat when competing against fellow heavyweights.

The 34-year-old from Germany trains at the Planet Eater gym, alongside UFC superstars such as Krzysztof Jotko, Peter Sobotta and many more. She is one of the most respected pro-wrestlers in the world, becoming a household name, particularly in Japan.

This  past May, Gabert announced she will release her first autobiography, “No Guts, No Glory”, later this year.
