Alexis Dufresne vs. Amber Leibrock pulled from Friday’s Bellator 189 event

A women’s featherweight fight between Alexis Dufresne and Amber Leibrock has been pulled from this Friday’s Bellator 189 event.

Both women were mysteriously absent from the Bellator 189 ceremonial weigh-ins and now Leibrock (2-1-0) has revealed why.

She reveals that Dufresne missed weight “by too much” and the commission decided to pull the fight. Take a look at her comments below:

If you missed my live. Unfortunately my opponent missed by too much weight and the commission pulled my fight. I did my job. I was ready to go. I made weight. I trained my fucking ass off. My team helped me 100%. I’m sorry for everyone who was looking forward to this fight. Thank you for all you support.” Leibrock said.

  1. That is so unprofessional by Alexis Dufrense. This is the second time in Bellator that she has done this crap. She missed weight by 5 pounds when she beat Marloes Coenen and now this garbage. Alexis Dufrense needs to stop walking around at 170 pounds and above or simply move up in weight and get out of Bellator. So unprofessional.
